Hadith 4:181
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ziyad ibn ‘Alaqah, from the one who heard Bishr ibn Qays, that ‘Umar—may Allah have mercy upon him—commanded them regarding the judiciary.
حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن زياد بن علاقة عمن سمع بشر بن قيس ان عمر رحمه الله امرهم بالقضاء
