Hadith 4:188
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: I said: "I broke my fast on a cloudy day in the month of Ramadan, while I thought it was night, then the sun appeared. Should I make up that day only, and not offer expiation (kaffarah)?" He said: "Yes."
حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال قلت افطرت في يوم مغيم في شهر رمضان وانا احسبه الليل ثم بدت الشمس أفأقضي ذلك اليوم فقط ( ( ( قط ) ) ) ولا أكفر قال نعم
