Hadith 4:216
Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, who said: Whoever speaks to himself about fasting, he is at liberty as long as he does not speak, until the day extends.
حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن حميد عن أنس قال من حدث نفسه بالصيام فهو بالخيار ما لم يتكلم حتى يمتد النهار
