Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 4:30

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa’d al-Sa’idi, who said: For Paradise, there is a gate called al-Rayyan, through which the fasting people will enter. He said: When the last of them has entered, it will be closed.
