Hadith 4:32
'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Wasil, from Bashar (Yasar) ibn Abi Sayf, from al-Walid ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from 'Iyad ibn Ghutayf, who said: We entered upon Abu 'Ubaydah, and he said: "Fasting is a shield, as long as one does not tear it."
