Hadith 4:340
Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from 'Ata', who said: 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "This nation will remain in goodness as long as they hasten the breaking of the fast." And if it is the day of fasting for one of you, then let him rinse his mouth, and let him not spit it out, but rather let him swallow it, for its goodness is in its beginning.
حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن سالم بن أبي الجعد عن عطاء قال قال عمر رضي الله عنه لا تزال هذه الأمة بخير ما عجلوا الفطر فإذا كان يوم صوم أحدكم فمضمض فاه فلا يمجه ولكن ليشربه فإن خيره أوله
