Hadith 4:404
Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, Muhammad bin ‘Ali, and ‘Ata’, that they used to apply antimony (ithmid) to their eyes while they were fasting, and they did not see any harm in it.
