Hadith 4:465
Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Uthman, from 'Ata' and Sa'id ibn Jubayr: They both said: There is no harm in cupping for the fasting person, as long as he does not fear weakness.
