Hadith 4:54
Muttalib ibn Ziyad narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Atiyyah, from Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Take the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for indeed in the pre-dawn meal there is a blessing."
