Hadith 4:568
'Abdah (or 'Ubaydah) ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Mujalid, from Wabarah, who said: A man came to Ibn 'Umar and said, "May I engage in foreplay with my wife while I am fasting?" He said, "No." Then another man came to him and said, "May I engage in foreplay with my wife while I am fasting?" He said, "Yes." It was said to him, "O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman, you said 'Yes' to this one and you said 'No' to that one?" He replied, "This one is an old man, and this one is a young man."
حدثنا عبدة ( ( ( عبيدة ) ) ) بن سليمان عن مجالد عن وبرة قال جاء رجل إلى بن عمر قال أباشر امرأتي وأنا صائم فقال لا ثم جاءه آخر فقال أباشر امرأتي وأنا صائم قال نعم فقيل له يا أبا عبد الرحمن قلت لهذا نعم وقلت لهذا لا فقال إن هذا شيخ وهذا شاب
