Hadith 4:603
9469. Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, regarding the crescent moon: He said: If two men of upright character testify to the sighting of the crescent moon, then break the fast.
حدثنا بن مهدي عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث عن علي في الهلال قال إذا شهد رجلان ذوا عدل على رؤية الهلال فأفطروا
