Hadith 4:623
Hafs narrated to us, from Mujalid, from Amir, who said: Ali and Umar used to forbid fasting on the day about which there is doubt regarding Ramadan.
حدثنا حفص عن مجالد عن عامر قال كان علي وعمر ينهيان عن صوم يوم الذي يشك فيه من رمضان
