Hadith 4:657
Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: I was approached in Ramadan while I was fasting, and it was said, "Tonight is the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr)." He said: So I stood up while I was drowsy, and I clung to some of the ropes of the tent of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while he was praying, and I looked into the night, and it was the twenty-third night. He said: And Ibn Abbas said: The devil rises with the sun every day except for the Night of Decree. He said: And that is because it rises on that day without any rays.
