Hadith 4:697
Hammad ibn Khalid narrated to us, from al-Zubayr ibn Abdullah ibn Zuhayma (Rahima), from his grandmother, who said: Uthman used to fast for his entire life and stand in prayer during the night, except for a short sleep at the beginning of it.
