Hadith 4:701
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Umarah, from Abu Bakr ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham, from 'Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) would wake up in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity), then he would perform ghusl (ritual bath), and then he would complete his fast.
