Hadith 4:716
Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Nafi' narrated to us, he said: I heard Ibn Tawus mentioning from Tawus, he said: If a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) befalls him in the month of Ramadan, and he wakes up but does not perform ghusl until morning arrives, then he shall complete that day and fast a day in its place. But if he does not wake up, then there is no replacement upon him.
حدثنا يحيى بن أبي بكير ( ( ( كثير ) ) ) قال حدثنا إبراهيم بن نافع قال سمعت بن طاوس يذكر عن طاوس قال إن اصابته جنابة في شهر رمضان فإن استيقظ ولم يغتسل حتى يصبح فإنه يتم ذلك اليوم ويصوم يوما مكانه فإن لم يستيقظ فليس عليه بدل
