Hadith 4:8
8874. Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Muslim ibn al-Ali, from a man from Quraysh, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The first thing that befalls the companion of Ramadan—who performs its standing (in prayer) and its fasting well—is that he finishes it while he is like the day his mother gave birth to him, free of sins.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن الجريري عن مسلم بن العلي عن رجل من قريش عن أبي هريرة قال أول ما يصيب صاحب رمضان الذي يحسن قيامه وصيامه ان يفرغ منه وهو كيوم ولدته أمه من الذنوب
