Hadith 4:80
Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Tariq, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: Umar used to write to his governors: "Do not be among those who are excessive in their breaking of the fast, and do not wait for the interlocking of the stars for your prayer."
حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن طارق عن سعيد بن المسيب قال كان عمر يكتب إلى امرائه لا تكونوا من المسرفين بفطركم ولا تنتظروا بصلاتكم اشتباك النجوم
