Hadith 4:878
Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Husayn, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasted and then broke his fast, he would say: "O Allah, for You I have fasted, and upon Your provision I have broken my fast." He said: And al-Rabi' ibn Khuthaym used to say: "Praise be to Allah who helped me, so I fasted, and provided for me, so I broke my fast."
حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن حصين عن أبي هريرة قال كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا صام ثم أفطر قال اللهم لك صمت وعلى رزقك أفطرت قال وكان الربيع بن خثيم يقول الحمد لله الذي أعانني فصمت ورزقني فأفطرت
