Hadith 4:889
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Thabit, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abis, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: "When one of you is fasting, let him apply oil until the trace of his fasting is not seen upon him. And if he spits, let him cover his spittle." And Yazid gestured with his hand as if he were covering his mouth with it.
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت عن عبد الرحمن بن عابس عن أبي هريرة قال إذا كان أحدكم صائما فليدهن حتى لا يرى عليه أثر صومه وإذا بزق فليستتر ( ( ( فليستر ) ) ) بزاقه وأشار يزيد بيده كأنه يغطي بها فاه
