Hadith 4:897
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Sadaqah ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Thabit al-Bunani informed us, from Anas, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was asked about the best fasting, and he said: "Fasting in Sha'ban, in veneration of Ramadan."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال حدثنا صدقة بن موسى قال أنا ثابت البناني عن أنس قال سئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن أفضل الصيام فقال صيام شعبان تعظيما لرمضان
