Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 34:153

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il bin Abi Khalid, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara’ who said: The last verse that was revealed in the Qur’an is: "They ask you for a legal ruling. Say, 'Allah gives you a ruling concerning the one having neither ascendant nor descendant as heir (al-kalalah).'"
