Yazid narrated to us, he said: Qays informed us, he said: I saw Shamir ibn Atiyyah borrow a turban. They brought him a Sabiri turban, so he returned it and said: "I saw the people, when they first saw the Sabiri [turban], they stood up to it and burned it."
