Ghundar narrated to us, from Abu ‘Asim bin Sulayman, from Abu Shu‘bah, from Sa‘d bin Ibrahim, who said: I heard Abu Umamah say: The first person to pray the Duha (forenoon) prayer was Dhu al-Zawa’id, a man who used to come to the market for his needs, and he would pray.
