Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: I said to ‘Ata’, "Is the Qunut in the month of Ramadan?" He said, "‘Umar was the first to perform Qunut." I said, "In the latter half entirely?" He said, "Yes."
