Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 34:269

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Abdullah, who said: Then Allah will grant permission for intercession, and the first intercessor on the Day of Resurrection will be the Holy Spirit, Gabriel, then Abraham, the Friend of the Most Merciful, then Moses. Then your Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, will stand fourth. No one will intercede after him regarding that which he intercedes for, and it is the Praiseworthy Station (al-Maqam al-Mahmud).
