Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 34:5

'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Rabi'ah ibn 'Uthman al-Taymi, from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, from his father, who said: The first to deliver a sermon (khutbah) from upon the pulpits (minbars) was Ibrahim, the Friend (Khalil) of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic.
