Hadith 34:72
'Abd al-Rahim narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi and al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, who said: "Indeed, the first to establish the stipend (al-'ata') was 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, and he established the full blood money (diyah) within it."
حدثناعبد الرحيم عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم عن إبراهيم قال إن أول من فرض العطاء عمر بن الخطاب وفرض فيه الدية كاملة
