Hadith 34:94
Al-Fadl narrated to us, Rabah bin Abi Ma'ruf narrated to us, from 'Ata' who said: Al-Harith bin 'Abdullah bin Abi Rabi'ah performed Tawaf with Malik bin Marwan. When he was in the seventh circuit, he leaned toward the House to embrace it. Al-Harith took his hand, so he turned to him. Malik said: "O Harith!" He said: "O Commander of the Faithful, do you know who was the first to do this? An old woman from the old women of your people." He said: "So he refrained and did not embrace it."
حدثنا الفضل حدثنا رباح بن أبي معروف عن عطاء قال طاف الحارث بن عبد الله بن أبي ربيعة مع مالك بن مروان حتى إذا كان في الطواف السابع مال إلى البيت يلتزمه فأخذ الحارث بيده فالتفت إليه فقال مالك يا حارث قال يا أمير المؤمنين تدري من أول من فعل هذا عجوز من عجائز قومك قال فكف ولم يلتزم
