Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 6:1073

Sharik narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah ibn Isa, from Abd Allah ibn Jubayr, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: There was a young Jewish man who used to serve the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He became ill, so the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came to visit him. He said, "Testify that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah." He began to look at his father, so he said, "Say what Muhammad says to you." He said [it], then he died. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Pray over your companion."
