Hadith 6:108
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: The deceased is not to be given a mouth rinse (madmada), nor is water to be put into his nose (istinshaq). But a clean cloth is taken, and his mouth and his nostrils are wiped with it.
حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال لا يمضمض الميت ولا يستنشق ولكن يؤخذ خرقة نظيفة فيمسح بها فمه ومنخراه
