Hadith 6:1097
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, he said: A woman died in al-Sham, and in her womb was a child from a Muslim, and she was a Christian. So ‘Umar ordered that she be buried with the Muslims on account of her child.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو قال ماتت امرأة بالشام وفي بطنها ولد من مسلم وهي نصرانية فأمر عمر أن تدفن مع المسلمين من أجل ولدها
