Hadith 6:1162
Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad, "Which of them has more right to lead the funeral prayer?" Al-Hakam said: "The brother." And Hammad said: "Ibrahim said: 'The Imam. If they differ, then the guardian (wali), then the husband.'"
حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة قال سألت الحكم وحمادا أيهما أحق بالصلاة على الجنازة فقال الحكم الأخ وقال حماد قال إبراهيم الإمام فإن تداروا فالولي ثم الزوج
