Hadith 6:1165
Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi ‘Arubah, from Qatadah, that he used to say: The guardians (awliya’) are more entitled to pray over her than the husband.
حدثنا بن علية عن بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة أنه كان يقول الأولياء ( ( ( الأولياؤ ) ) ) أحق بالصلاة عليها من الزوج
