Hadith 6:1167
Waki’ narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Qays, from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Abi Bakrah, who said: There was a woman from Banu Tamim who belonged to Abu Bakrah, and she died. They disputed regarding who should pray over her, so Abu Bakrah prayed over her. He said to the guardian, "Were it not that I have more right to pray over her than you, I would not have prayed over her."
حدثنا وكيع عن محمد بن قيس عن عبد العزيز بن أبي بكرة قال كانت امرأة من بني تميم لأبي بكرة فماتت فتنازعوا في الصلاة عليها فصلى عليها أبو بكرة وقال للولي لولا أني أحق بالصلاة عليها ما صليت عليها
