Hadith 6:1188
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, who said: I heard Hilal ibn Yasaf narrating from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab that he delivered a sermon at Mina upon a mountain and said: Do not revile the dead, for that which the dead are reviled with harms the living.
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن عمرو بن مرة قال سمعت هلال بن يساف يحدث عن عمر بن الخطاب أنه خطب بمنى على جبل فقال لا تسبوا الأموات فإن ما سب به الموتى يوذى به الحي
