Hadith 6:1270
Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Khalid, from Abdullah al-Bahiy, the freed slave of the family of al-Zubayr, that Abu Bakr came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, after he had passed away. He uncovered his face, then leaned over him and kissed him, and said: "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you! How pleasant was your life, and how pleasant is your death."
حدثنا وكيع عن بن أبي خالد عن عبد الله البهي مولى آل الزبير أن أبا بكر جاء إلى النبي صلى ( ( ( بعدما ) ) ) الله عليه وسلم بعد ما قبض وكشف عن وجهه فاكب عليه فقبله وقال بأبي أنت وأمي ما أطيب حياتك وأطيب ميتتك
