Hadith 6:20

Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from some of his companions, from al-Hakam, from Rabi' ibn 'Umaylah, from 'Ammar, who said: A Bedouin was with him, and they mentioned pain. 'Ammar said, "Have you ever suffered from pain?" He said, "No." 'Ammar said, "You are not one of us," or "Are you not one of us? There is no servant who is afflicted [with illness] but that his sins are shed from him just as a tree sheds its leaves." "And the disbeliever is afflicted, and his likeness is like that of a camel that was tied, so it did not know why it was tied, then it was released, so it did not know why it was released."
