Hadith 6:21
Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Asim, who said: Abu al-Aliyah entered upon an-Nadr ibn Anas to visit him. He said: "We have been saying for fifty years that there is no servant who falls ill but that he rises from his illness like the day his mother gave birth to him." And we have been saying for fifty years that there is no servant who falls ill but that Allah says to his two scribes: "Write for My servant [the reward of] what he used to do while he was in health."
حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن عاصم قال دخل أبو العالية على النضر بن أنس يعوده قال كنا نتحدث منذ خمسين سنة أنه ما من عبد يمرض إلا قام من مرضه كيوم ولدته أمه وكنا نتحدث منذ خمسين سنة أنه ما من عبد يمرض إلا قال الله لكاتبيه اكتبا لعبدي ما كان يعمل في صحته
