Hadith 6:235
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from al-Muthanna ibn Sa'id, from Qatada, who said: I asked Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib about musk in the embalming substance (hanut) of the deceased. He said: "There is no harm in it." And Jabir ibn Zayd was asked about that, and he said: "There is no harm in it."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن المثنى بن سعيد عن قتادة قال سألت سعيد بن المسيب عن المسك في حنوط الميت قال لا بأس به وسئل عن ذلك جابر بن زيد قال لا بأس به
