Hadith 6:257
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from Amr, from Ibrahim, who said: Jabir ibn Zayd was asked about the deceased, how many [pieces of] shroud he is shrouded in? He said: Ibn Abbas used to say: One garment, or three garments, or five garments.
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن عمرو عن إبراهيم قال سئل جابر بن زيد عن الميت كم يكفن من الكفن قال كان بن عباس يقول ثوب أو ثلاثة أثواب أو خمسة أثواب
