Hadith 6:333
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah ibn Salih informed us, he said: Sa'id ibn Hani' narrated to us, from 'Umayr ibn al-Aswad al-Sakuni, that Mu'adh ibn Jabal gave instructions to his wife and went out, and she died. We shrouded her in clothes of hers that were worn out. He arrived two hours after we had raised our hands from her grave. He said, "In what did you shroud her?" We said, "In her worn-out clothes." So he exhumed her and shrouded her in new clothes, and he said, "Improve the shrouds of your dead, for they will be resurrected in them."
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب قال أخبرنا معاوية بن صالح قال حدثنا سعيد بن هانيء ( ( ( هانئ ) ) ) عن عمير بن الأسود السكوني أن معاذ بن جبل أوصى امرأته وخرج فماتت وكفناها في ثياب لها خلقان فقدم بعد أن رفعنا ايدينا عن قبرها بساعتين فقال فيما كفنتموها قلنا في ثيابها الخلقان فنبشها وكفنها في ثياب جدد وقال أحسنوا أكفان موتاكم فإنهم يحشرون فيها
