Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 6:338

Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Sulayman ibn al-Rabi’, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, who said: My mother washed a dead woman, so she said to me, "Is there a ritual bath (ghusl) upon me?" So I came to Ibn Umar and asked him. He said, "Is she impure? Wash yourself." Then I came to Ibn Abbas and asked him. He said the same thing: "Is she impure? Wash yourself."
