Hadith 6:343
Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, from Habib ibn al-Shahid, from Bakr ibn Abdullah, who said: Alqama ibn Abdullah al-Muzani narrated to me, saying: Four of the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) washed your father. They did nothing more than tuck up their sleeves and tuck their shirts into their waistbands. When they finished washing him, they performed their ablution for prayer.
حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن حبيب بن الشهيد عن بكر بن عبد الله قال حدثني علقمة بن عبد الله المزني قال غسل أباك أربعة من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فما زادوا على أن كفوا أكمامهم وادخلوا قمصهم في حجزهم فلما فرغوا من غسله توضؤوا وضوءهم للصلاة
