Hadith 6:344
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Awf, who said: Khuza'i ibn Ziyad narrated to me, from 'Abdullah ibn Mughaffal, who said: 'Abdullah ibn Mughaffal bequeathed that Ibn Ziyad should not attend [his funeral], and that my companions should take charge of me. So they sent for 'A'idh ibn 'Amr, Abu Barzah, and people from his companions. They did nothing more than tuck up their sleeves and place what was excess from their shirts into their waistbands. When they finished, they did nothing more than perform ablution.
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن عوف ( ( ( عون ) ) ) قال حدثني خزاعي بن زياد عن عبد الله بن مغفل قال أوصى عبد الله بن مغفل ان لا يحضره بن زياد وأن يليني أصحابي فأرسلوا إلي عائذ بن عمرو وأبي برزة وأناس من أصحابه فما زادوا على أن كفوا أكمامهم وجعلوا ما فضل عن قمصهم في حجزهم فلما فرغوا لم يزيدوا على الوضوء
