Hadith 6:359
Waki’ narrated to us, from al-‘Umari, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that he disliked [applying] *hanut* (embalming substances/perfume for the dead) upon the bier.
حدثنا وكيع عن العمري عن نافع عن بن عمر أنه كره الحنوط على النعش
