Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay, from Ikrimah ibn Khalid, who said: It was narrated that when a man visits a sick person, he wades into mercy, a wading. And when he sits, he becomes submerged in it, a submerging.
