Hadith 6:481
Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Abu 'Awanah, from Ja'far ibn Iyas, who said: I saw al-Hasan following a funeral procession. He carried [the bier], then placed the bier on his left shoulder. Then he shifted and carried the front of the bier on his right shoulder. Then he shifted and placed the rear of the bier on his left shoulder, then he let go of it.
حدثنا مالك بن إسماعيل عن أبي عوانة عن جعفر بن إياس قال رأيت الحسن تبع جنازة يحمل فوضع السرير على شقه الأيسر فحول فحمل مقدم السرير على شقه الأيمن ثم تحول فوضع مؤخر السرير على شقه الأيسر ثم خلا عنها
