Hadith 6:543
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shaqiq, who said: When Khalid ibn al-Walid died, the women of Banu al-Mughirah gathered to weep for him. It was said to Umar: "Send to them and forbid them, so that nothing reaches you from them that you dislike." Umar said: "And what is upon them if they shed some of their tears for Abu Sulayman, as long as there is no dust (wailing) or loud clamor."
حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن شقيق قال لما مات خالد بن الوليد واجتمعن نسوة بني المغيرة يبكين عليه فقيل لعمر ارسل اليهن فانههن لا يبلغك عنهن شيء تكرهه قال فقال عمر وما عليهن أن يهرقن من دموعهن على أبي سليمان ما لم يكن نقع أو القلقة ( ( ( لقلقة ) ) )
