Hadith 6:549
Ma'n ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Thabit, from Qays, who said: I reached Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz. He used to forbid the family of the deceased from [holding] gatherings, saying: "You are being afflicted and you are being made to pay."
